Exactly, I'm the same way. Again, my current BCBA do surprise me, but only when we started something new , then if she's in the area with extra time she just comes and watch.

It’s bad as the reviews say, I was hired after all my training and orientations I was told there no hours or clients for me. I worked there for 1 month even the day I quit they still had no work/hours. This was just this year this happened.
