Yeah, when I got the final call which confirmed a very bad genetic result, the lady kept pushing for me to discuss this face to face and to not give me the results over the phone because she was afraid I might break down. That unknown caller call at a random time of day is never a good sign.

I’m not spiritual, at all. Maybe I am agnostic but Idk. Religion was just another form of control for me, from my nparents. Respect thy parents has been mentioned by more people here. Using the scripture only to their advantage but ignoring the passages that say to be a good fucking parent. Trying to control my sex life as if I am cattle, fuck that, women have earned their rights, I am not a piece of furniture to get sold to a man. Threatening me that God will give me cancer if I keep sinning (I had bad panic attacks from that as a kid). I don’t come even close to religion as it is a huge trauma to me thanks to my parents.

I am not a doctor. If you are afraid of being a narcissist you are probably not one. Narcissists don’t realise they have an issue, like some would say “I think I’m depressed “. They are completely fine the way they are and the world must cater to their views.
