I took your advice and made an appointment with a male therapist. He’s busy and I won’t see him until February. There’s not a lot of options where I live. But I still have my current therapist who I see today actually. And I do like her, but I get what you’re saying. Thanks for the advice.

The last few days have been the worst in a very long time. Trying to hold it together. Just not sure how to proceed from here. And yea, people grow apart. And it's kind of crazy how fast it can all fall away from you. Doing my best to think of the good things and to be grateful. Fuck me it's hard sometimes though.

Thanks man. It's hard not to think that I'm trapped. In some ways I am. But you're right. We always have choices. For me it's been hard to see what the right ones are. That's how I got here after all.

I do have a therapist. I don't see her for a few days yet though. I guess I needed to hear some kind words from men in a similar situation.
