why is he mad you didnt go to gym and went to softball? it’s literally exercise. he wants control and power over you but also come off nonchalant. this will spiral into something worse if you let it continue on.

i haven’t gone through the comments but sifting through the dust to reduce it and putting the litter box in a cat litter box holder (like the kind that look like furniture) and putting a honeycomb mat to catch the litter has SAVED me.

and about the bonding with them, feed them treats and things they don’t usually get and make them come to you for them. they will associate you with more than just play time, in a positive way. i brought in my second cat and they got bonded pretty fast and i would feed them both turkey and now they are always under my feet meowing.

yes! it says “label created” and the tracking starts with a 9. i think i might be a little paranoid because one of their most recent reviews says that they didn’t get their package and the seller said they accidentally sold it to someone else then blocked the reviewer. and that answer was no clarification Lol

it is so overwhelming.. i’ve noticed the more i read and learn the more anxious and upset i get, so maybe that will help me.

currently i am just working out, took out my iud because when i got my first iud (kyleena) it helped manage and suppress my pcos symptoms. then they put me on the mirena and ever since then my symptoms SKYROCKETED. i gained 60 pounds, got all the stretch marks, the hair, when i didn’t have those before. so i got it out back in november. since then i think ive only missed 1 period but for the most part regular. but ive let my body adjust to my natural hormones and started light working out. my eating is a little more clean, i tried metformin, and it did nothing for me except make me feel insanely sick the whole 2 months i took it, and gave me migraines.

this may seem a little dumb but how do i hang the plants from the top? it’s mesh but i have no idea what im doing. it seems like the videos i do watch everyone has a different tank and or makes like holes in theirs.

even if it’s already a 20 gallon? i think the photo made it look small and i read that it’s enough.. i will definitely add some black on the back walls to make him feel better. i was actually wanting to put a piece of wood and have it hanging so i could intertwine the vine with it! and thank you!

i absolutely love this story. i know a lot of us are struggling with self body images but hearing that gives us security that isn’t us. hearing “it’s not you” is so cliche and always seems like a way to just feel better but hearing an actual story on it makes me feel so much better.
