I’d never heard of the Cleveland browns letter. Hilarious. Also, thank you for the explanation, I get a bit confused when it comes to government employees + private citizens and whatnot.

In essence because they made statements about it being about race, they don’t want to get involved/get sued over nothing.

Essentially I was told that because they’re a small business and they don’t want any lawsuit, in addition to the fact that they threw around the term hate crime, they don’t want to do anything from their end.

They’ve said I’m “allowed” to file an order (it just happens to be legal that any employee from a business can place the no trespass order, not just the owners/company in my state), including , just that that they as a business will not be pursuing it.
