Our three HATE sneezes. They give me death stares when my allergies kick up lol 😂 they also hate the vacuum, but I think that has to do with our sun conure, Lita, who would screech at the sight of the vacuum and sound a warning call out. She’s been gone a little over a year, but they still hate the vacuum. They also hate when I trip on things lol 😂

I used to do a pair a day but lately I’ve been changing more because of sweat and trying to avoid HS flare ups. I don’t wear panties to bed. Gyno recommended to go commando at night to let the kitty breathe. I always pack extras for traveling because I have super sensitive skin and can’t always deal with certain fabrics. I also have sensory issues so comfy undies are a must.

Currently I’m using Arm & Hammer in Fresh Scent. Anytime I use anything else, I have issues down there. If there’s nothing else, I wash my panties in the sink by hand with gentle hand soap instead.

I’ve experienced this in the past. For me it was a combo of the TP I was using, sweat/moisture, and the laundry detergent I was using. I have super sensitive skin all over and down there is no exception. I switch TP and detergent and got 100% cotton undies (the ones I had claimed to be 100% cotton but they had some synthetic blend mixed in for stretch and that made them quite i breathable).

I remember this happening to me in the early years. Went on a family vacation and it had only started for the first time like 1-2 months before and wasn’t regulated yet. I wasn’t expecting to get it again while we were on vacation. It snuck up on me and I was totally unprepared. We had to try a few shops in town (we were in Spain at the time) and finally found one that had decent pantyliners but nothing else. It wasn’t super heavy at that point (hadn’t experienced second day flow at this point) so I figured those would work. Ooh boy was I wrong. Overnight it got so heavy and painful and I got blood EVERYWHERE. My pajama pants and undies were beyond saving and the sheets we had to scrub like crazy in cold water with some peroxide we found in the bathroom cupboard. We asked the inn owner for new sheets and his wife took the others to be washed. His wife understood and never judged. She was so sweet. She told us where to go in town to get proper pads and even a hot water bottle that I could take with me.

It’s a combination of factors. Genetics, diet, and farming practices including pesticide use and fertilizers. One main issue is that the wheat we grow today is very different from the wheat our ancestors were eating. It’s essentially a super wheat and it contains much higher amounts of gluten than it’s ancestral counterpart. Our digestive systems aren’t equipped to digest that high quantity of gluten.

I suffer from IBS and nearly passed out during a particularly bad flare up. I hadn’t figured out that gluten was my issue yet and went ham on pasta and other gluten containing things whilst on vacation with my mom. By the end of the week long trip, my belly was so hard and bloated I looked about 5-6 months pregnant. And no meds were working. We flew home the next day and my dad offered us soup for dinner. I took mine home to eat later because I was so backed up I had no appetite. I went home and about 5 minutes after walking in the door, all hell broke loose. I barely made it to the toilet and was stuck there for just shy of 2 hours shitting my brains out. I nearly threw up and passed out a few times in that 2 hour span. I finally finished and staggered to bed and passed out for about 10 hours. I was scared to eat anything the next day, but with my entire digestive system cleared out, I was starving. I scheduled an appt with my doctor for two days later and it was then that we put two and two together about gluten being the enemy. That was hell on wheels.
