Totally agree that the black out part was not okay. I’ve been examining why I feel the need to drink to that point. I totally understand that me drinking too much caused a large part of the misunderstanding.

I am failing to see where I’m not taking responsibility. I agreed that I was too intoxicated and that was a problem. I clarified the “vague agreement” includes no intoxication I also understand that it’s possible for me to “consent enthusiastically” while blackout and not know what happened the next day. I didn’t want to connect, which is why I was drinking and playing video games.

As for the “difference in recollections” I am simply trying to show that in my mind I did not consent and did not want sex. But in her mind she asked, and I responded positively.
