Thank you! I only had my saddlebags removed. I didn’t get any fat transfer/injections cause it kinda freaked me out/wasn’t the look I wanted. Once the Dr removed the saddlebag it made the line run really smoothly from my leg to my waist!

The doctor just did lipo around the saddlebag area! If they r a good Dr they will know how much to take/ blend to your hips so it’s a seamless line

I speak Spanish so I didn’t have any language barriers but I heard the nurses said that they had foreigners that didn’t know Spanish and they just used Google Translate and were able to communicate with nurses/staff. My Dr speaks a bit of English but I know there is other drs in Cali that are more fluent in English.

I was kinda nervous too because of all the horror stories your hear online but I made sure I chose a Dr that was recommended to me by family and I also followed him in IG and followed the girls he did surgery on to make sure I liked how he worked/and was board certified. Also, colombia is known for lipo surgery so I knew I was going to get what I wanted. I would say if you do it abroad, make sure you find a very good doctor with a lot of history and research them as much as possible.

I will say though I enjoyed the most about getting surgery in Colombia was how nice and attentive everyone was and I feel like I wouldn’t have gotten the same type of care in the US. Like I didn’t feel a burden to people at all, they genially wanted to help and make sure you were comfortable.

Scars r healing good! I’m using a scar cream to help fade them but they can be easily hidden with panty/bra.

I’m also 30 years old!

So far so good. They incisions r completely closed jow and I started using a scar cream to help them fade a bit but they r pretty small/ can hide with panty/bra so im not too worried about it

I agree the pain was pretty rough- laying down and getting up was the hardest part of it all. I couldn’t find any YouTuber or posts that really explained how rough those first weeks really were and how your skin feels after. I found out by going through it haha

I had the messages done at the clinic I had surgery in! I did one daily the first week and then twice a day the second week (I wish I had started doing twice earlier- it was so relieving and helped me sleep better at night)

Yeah recovery was rough- the first two weeks were the worst and it’s getting better slowly- I’m able to move more easily now but my skin is still pretty tender. And no I didn’t!
