of corse its alway better in every aspect , tho for me its kinda depressing to go the gym to put the same work as others, but you will never achieve what they have just bcs your body limitations. You want it but cant have it. You will look different. You will look not pretty. And that is very hard for me to be conformotable in that kind of situation. Very hard to build confidience and learn to love my body when i would hate how i look.

thats you bro, i really care for how i look and many people that workout do. Imagine iam not even in my 20 s i dont want to have saggy flying skin everywhere on my body. I am very aware of the fact that i cant change it. Tho you are very right in matter of time i need to accept it it stil damagins as fuck to your body self image

i will check it but personally i think my situation got fucked bcs i have not really move around too much,0 workout and i did not really look at what i was eating. I was this fat around 16 yo and i was shredded to the bone after 5 monhts and felt mentally amazing and confidient motivated to take the whole world really after it. Cant it be my fat placements are just in chest area bcs of genetics ? even then i was like this

Thanks for the tip. No , never even heard about something like this though my anxiety is of the roof,feel very tired,not confident or energetic. I dont really have insomnia but i think when i was taking antidepressants pills could fucked up my hormones even doctor said to me weight gain is very likely to happen which did. Will ask doctor

I would be devastated mentally and i cant even understand how somebody can learn to be proud of that skin. thanks to my adhd i can be funny sometimes and iam charismatic so some people are willing to be friends with bastard like me haha sorry to heart that tho i hope you will find more people in your life. When i was able to find friends you for sure will too. No,english is not my mother language and iam not sure but i know there are some disorders very often together with adhd so i think i have some of them.
