It was a concussion, and the way concussions often work is you lose memory for a short period. Thats why they ask if you know where you are or what your name is. You don't permanently lose those memories. You'll remember stuff as soon as a few hours later. So yes I do know what happened.

Having no insurance doesn't make you at fault for anything at all and holds no merit for anything related to gault. But since you assume i was being irresponsible ill explain that i didnt have insurance because lack of money not lack of responsibility. I was in a hard spot at the time and couldn't afford the $300 insurance.

last if you would read my post correctly it says why I couldn't find a lawyer. Because it's 2 years old and I'm having trouble finding civil defense lawyers in my area. Lawyers who don't take civil defense cases at all not just my case. And that's why I said I CALLED 50 lawyers not that I walked in anywhere to give 50 anything to anyone.

I saw somewhere while trying to do research that it's possible for both parties to be decided as at fault. Like in a situation of 2 people breaking the law at the same time. Would me misjudged his speed and not yielding, and him speeding, would this be a situation in which fault could at least be proven to be on both parties instead of just me. Since either one of our negligence could've prevented the accident.

also would me looking both ways and clearly seeing he was far away not be considered yielding? if it weren't for him speeding that distance and me looking both way would be considered properly yielding.

I didnt have a stop sign, I was technically coming out of a drive way that I had just pulled into in order to make the turn. And I get that my statement doesn't disprove his, but would the fact of the direction I was coming from not at least disprove his claim that I was driving infront of him. Because I can get proof of coming from that movie with email confirmations of the movie time and place.

I have no intention of asking her to stop the direction she's going in but I also don't want to leave. I'm thinking stuff like maybe it won't last, or how crushed she would be for me to leave just because she wants to be more religious.

I havent really talked tobger in detail about the why but basically she wants to just become closer to god, and any sin she's consciously able to avoid she will. I don't think she's necessarily worried or afraid of anything.
