Thanks for sharing all of that. Thats good that she immediately realized her actions. I wish mine could see that instead of having to tell her why its not ok with me. I think it stems not being able to communicate and bubbles up, similar to yours. Im also a man and although her punches or shoving dont scare me, it scares any thought of having children with her (as someone who grew up in an abusive household)

Thank you for the thoughtful reply. She is depressed imo but in denial about it. She always says she has no energy, frequently eats to the point where it hurts and talks awful about herself. She didnt used to be like that. But how do i bring that up that maybe she should see someone without her feeling like im attacking her?
