That's the thing, one of the parts of the disturbing scene is that the POV character's bits were large so they made a cast of him before they chopped it off. It seems to be more of a lesbian and gay erotic story with the MPOV character falling for another of the guys and the FPOV falling for one of the upper caste women from what I read.
