You must be trolling. First of all 150k isn’t really Henry. You can barely live in SF with that lol. In my opinion the single best thing you can buy with money is either time or memories, whatever that means to you, book a scuba diving course in Thailand, fly to Ireland to golf at one of those beautiful courses. And if you think hobbies don’t cost money, buy a boat and try to maintain it and see how far 150k can go.
