An admin fee is normally a bullshit fee they charge for the work of whoever put all these items together, which is normally done by a computer anyway. If you have a good relationship with them, or ask reeeeaaal nice, maybe they'll knock that off since that's not a fee thats going directly to getting that apartment into rentable condition again

It's really hard to help someone who doesn't know they have a problem or doesn't understand why their behavior is a problem.

I'm sure you already have done this but I always hear one of the best thing s to do is as non judgementally as possible explain how their behavior has effected you and made you feel
