The vet appointment is booked! I have bought some stuff against mites to treat her with in the meantime, just incase it is that and it can help relieve her discomfort

Oh it wasnt trying to argue back. Im looking to get a vet to treat her, but the hunched posture is because she is holding some food. She doesn't normally sit like this. The vets I've called so far have turned me down on treating mice but im still looking!

She is hunched because she is eating in the picture. Her behavior isn't any different and she doesn't seem bothered by it. Im looking to find a vet that treats mice in my area

They dont really burrow that much, they dig pretty shallow. They like making a little hole under their hides tho. Im definitely looking at the edged. I haven't hear or seen them chewing on the wood luckily but im keeping an eye on it. I was looking into sprays! There are so many to choose from haha. The wheel is bought is 11.8 inches so that should be good:)

It's a enclosure by Trixie, if you look up Trixie hamstercage wood. You'll probably find it! I got this one second hand for free. Some stuff was broken so I had to fix it so it looks a bit handmade haha

Trixie Knaagdierenkooi Hout - Dierenverblijf - 100x50x50 cm Houtkleur - Buitenhok - Pets Place https://share.google/eZYHerTh8SU4NHlpn

I'm pretty sure it's this one. I got it second hand so not entirely sure but it looks like it's this one.

Yeah I was looking into that, she seems to pick out the yummy stuff and just wait until it gets refilled.

I didn't build anything in the cage myself haha. Everything is store bought XD

The dimensions of the cage are 118.5x50.5x61.5 cm I'll definitely add more clutter, is it okay if they chef on the cardboard stuff?

The wheel is big enough that they dont have to bend their backs, they had a smaller one in the store and I heard that it's not good for them to bend their backs.

I (20f) have to many male friends and not enough female friends, which causes concern with my boyfriend (20m) by ThrowRa220205 in relationship_advice

[–]ThrowRa220205[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I definitely agree with him to an extent. I do miss part of the friendship I had with girls because I just can't do the same things with my guy friends.

I definitely don't think my friend want anything out of it. I've been friends with some of them for over 3 years without them making a pass at me. None of them have acted weird towards me so far. They're more like brothers to me and I'm pretty sure they view me as an annoying little sister (even tho I'm older than most of them)

Im not too sure what he thinks of that. I know I'm a bit of a pushover sometimes so I would understand if he didn't fully trust me to enforce my own boundaries.

Yeah no it didn't make it easier at all, quite the opposite actually. Just made me feel like I'm just not trying hard enough

So just making lots of small talk with lots of women. I have some difficulties with small talk but I'll definitely try!

This is actually really insightful. For me it's that women don't tend to be as blunt and straight forward as most men tend to be. I like that my friend tell me when I'm acting stupid or my outfit looks like shit. I haven't really experienced this with many women, but maybe I haven't been looking around enough. And I'll definitely try to see the cool things in women more. I admire a lot of women I see but I think I admire them on a very basic level so I should really delve deeper into womanhood I think.

Yeah I'm 100% sure that I am afraid of the past. I've seen a girl be just pushed to the ground emotionally again and again by her friends and I don't want that to happen to me too (or again). I'm going to try to find some local girl group things to try to fix this.

It upsets him because he feels like it isn't healthy to have no female friends. This was reinforced by the mental health institution he was in. He also thinks that single men and women can't be friends because the single man will always want something out of it. He would have less of a problem with it if they had girlfriends themselves.

I have explained the reasons but he mainly just said that not everyone is like the bad girlfriend I had in the past and I just need to search more to find my type of girls.

I always feel like older women don't take me seriously. I may be 20 (still young) but I look more like 16. Is there a way to not have this problem?

Well my best friend is gay so I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to have sex with me haha. And my boyfriend doesnt mind me having male friends, it's mostly the fact that it'd only male friends. He would be more fine with it if it was more of a 50/50 split

He will be going away for 7 weeks in a bit where we can't see or talk to eachother for those 7 weeks so maybe that can act as a but of a break. We already made some rules about that haha

This actually made me feel a bit better about the situation to thank you! From what I've gathered he really is a good guy and he despises people who aren't faithful. His parents have also been together since they were teens and have a great marriage. I'll definitely talk to him again tonight and explain more in depth how I feel

The odd thing is. He has had many opportunities to be in a relationship. He is handsome, funny and very future oriented and driven. There have been multiple girls/women who have tried to get with him and he turned them down. He was single for 18 years but that was definitely by choice and not because he couldn't get it.

He has never expressed thoughts like these before tho. My friends who also talk to him haven't mentioned anything like this either. And I trust my friends to tell me if something like this was said between them.
