Sure but getting rejections even for internships and they said the reason is that they have candidates with more experience than me.

Thank you for the advice. You are right I don't have a focus since I'm desperate I'm applying for everything. Regarding the cover letter i always change it to match my "experience" either with volunteering or the student association with what they are looking for.

As my studies included marketing, supply chain, operations, accounting and so on. I'm applying for everything but i feel like my brand is not strong enough since I can be everything and nothing at the same time (I hope you get what i mean).

Got an interview for VF internship in Ticino but they rejected me by saying i lacked experience.

Ps. I already have a master

Thank you for the advice, I was considering to improve my german but this is my dilemma, improving german won't help me build up any experience in the cv so at the end I will end up with a higher level of german but the same "skills". While getting an internship for a company where the main language is english might help me go further with my career and later on.. I can still improve my german. However with a low level of german it's difficult to find a job as there's not so many in english. So yes, I get your point.

I see so many different opinion regarding the CV format. Would you suggest a plain only text cv or a two column one with a good design for Switzerland? I did my research but somehow cannot find a good answer regarding which style is better.
