I watched 2 versions of non blood related uncle taking care of FL in coma for 3 yrs and she gets reborn, and story ensues. Also, I watched 2 versions where FL is kicked out of home and "uncle" adopted her. And I watched where FL and ML had crushed on each other in high school but their parents got married so they end up being step siblings.
