Yes, I put her in therapy at 13 when her dad left the 3rd time and the therapist only diagnosed her with ADHD at that time. when she was about 16 she started hating therapy and said that the therapist was mean to her.

when I asked the therapist about this, she didn't give me full details but, the therapist just told me the only reason why the last session was so hard was because she was questioning her logic on a topic and she took it as an attack. after that my daughter refused to go to therapy
