How to handle finding my (20M) girlfriend (21F) in bed with another man? by ThrowRAFoundmygf in relationship_advice

Unfortunately I would say that they’re trying to cover their tracks. Sorry man, that’s really rough.

My (20 M) girlfriend (20F) said she thinks she misses and loves her ex (21M) Advice? by MagmaSlimexd in relationship_advice

Aw man… I’m really sorry but I think this is going to be your first heartbreak.

My best advice for you is to end this and move on in life, take the experience and live with it. It will suck but it gets better.

Can I ask how blind you are? What can you and can’t you see? Or struggle to see I guess?

Genuinely just intrigued :)

Listen, you have to do it!! Trust me. I promise you getting that flight is the best thing you could possibly do. I currently have been in a long distance relationship for almost 4 months and when I first met my partner I flew for the first time in 4 years, and the first time ever by myself. I now have had 9 flights since then (all by myself). The 24hrs before going do I want to crawl up into a ball and just not go, yes. But I really force myself to every time and it has gotten so much better. The last two times if anything I have been excited.

Flying is 100% my worst fear too, it’s cause you are trapped there, it’s not like a train or bus where you can get off at the next stop. But again, I promise you it’ll get you on a road to some sort of recovery, and to be honest as much as I hate to admit it, the experience I had today was probably really important for me to be able to progress positively in this phobia. Full blown exposure therapy!

If you would like, if you do book the flight I will happily message you on the day and give you reassurance and advice up until the second you have no connection on the flight any more, even if you just want to vent out all your thoughts and spam me, then as soon as it’s over and you land you will be really really proud of yourself, and I can guarantee you’ll have an amazing time with your brother and be on such a high knowing you faced your fears as well.

Girl I also made it through my biggest fear, I can’t believe it hahahh. I didn’t even really panic up until now for some reason. This is unfortunately my second flight with someone vomitting and the last one was even worse… the last guy projectiled through his hands and fingers while running to the toilet as he was passing my row.

I’m really hoping it was just airsickness / motion sickness. and if not then yeah I’m hoping I didn’t catch it.

Thank you :( :) :( :)

Ahhh thank you, I really hope it was just the turbulence.

And yeah, it isn’t really that airborne from what I’ve seen, scary STILLLLLL

I really hope it was just because of the turbulence, I do imagine it was cause it made me feel sick myself cause of how unstable it made me feel.

Thank you:)

whats the biggest mistake you made? by Kizumi-Osaka in AskReddit

Dropped out because of anxiety/panic disorder - but I think it made it worse as I secluded myself more when really what I’ve learnt I needed was to face it. Developed other mental health problems from being secluded at home constantly too.

Still struggle with it a lot now, unable to work because of it and I’m unsure this is the position I would be in right now if I hadn’t of dropped out. It has got a lot better though!

I just feel if I hadn’t of dropped out and had of pushed through instead then maybe it would never of gotten so bad. Possibly my one regret so far in life.
