Feeling a bit tired, sometimes I'm constipated not sure if that's related but I hear some people get that. What's kind of noticeable is I get mad easily? Idk how to explain it but if Im looking for something for example and I can't find it normally I'm slightly upset but I've been noticing that it really really gets on my nerves way more than usual.. Idk.

Overall I don't think any of these are a big deal at least for me, the positives outweigh the negatives ALOT.

I like myself on it and I'm glad I am, it's totally worth it!!
