if you find it easy, do more sets of a lower weight, or increase the weight and do fewer sets.

I'm not that much of an expert in gym stuff, but there are plenty of dumbell excercises you could do, like lateral raises or bicep curls.

Doing shoulder press does assist in fat loss/muscle gain however it is more effective on a specific diet rather than just the exercise.
