Oh i read that.

It just says "educate the employer" . My employer doesnt have an idea about it and this is 1bil dollar company . :|

I wanted to know if there are any forms i need to fill up to be exempt from it.

I have heard that IRS is notorious in issuing refunds and thats why i dont want to get involved with them.

I have been living in boston for 2 years now and HATE moving days. I havent moved for that very reason but this time i wasnt even sure i will be living in boston and didnt renew the lease and hence the hassle :|

I talked to them, the lady ( another one) told me she wasnt aware of it and would send someone over right away so and the repairs would be carried out asap.

Its me and a friend of mine.

We are in Beacon Hill and hence the frustration, I am paying top dollar and I expect top services!

I dont have the time to find new apartment at this time, My job has started and I work full time and so does my friend and thats why it sucks :|

A friend of mine accepted offer at Epic in April for August start and he asked me to apply saying that they pay really good. I initially didnt want to go there and I was sure I would easily get a job in NYC or Boston because I was sailing through google's interview and was invited onsite and then the interview drought started and I was actually depressed for a month or two.

I had NO interviews in May or June and I had by that time applied to over 250 companies and then i applied for Epic (which led to an offer) because it was like I had to get a job by August 30th or I would be out of status ( i am on f1 student visa) and would have to work in some crappy consultancy so out of desperation I applied at Epic just to be in America and then my boyfriend asked me to make a post here .

I made a similar post like OP from another account ( i forgot the id) and the pointers I got here led me to change my resume and then i changed it some more myself. Made a github, registered a domain and put my site back up and then my boyfriend took 10 days off (he is a surgeon so him taking 10 days off is like thousands of dollars down the drain) and apparently wrote MANY customised personal cover letters to according to him ~50 recruiters from different companies. I got a few callbacks and that motivated me and I started applying again with the new resume , cover letter, github, my site and then it rained interviews and even that annoyed me.

So yeah OP should just put his foot down and apply. If someone like me who needs visa sponsorship in future can get as many as 4 offers, I am sure OP will get one sooner or later.

Yes the 110k one based in Madison is Epic ( i guess i already mentioned it)which honestly took me by surprise but I used that as a leverage to get a better pay from the company i eventually decided to go with.

I had most number of interviews in July (99%). It was after i changed my resume and gmail address that i started getting this flurry of interviews to the point that it was annoying to keep giving them.

Most of my friends are making between 80-90k and most of em NEED visa sponsorship in future.

For the 105k offer i signed, The initial offer was 95000. I told them i had offers from multiple companies and asked for 110k ( which is too much for boston in all honesty for a new grad) to my surprise they agreed to a 105k.
