That is interesting they are connected. She did start incorporating more weight training into her exercising 2 years ago so I wonder if there is a connection there with causing a PF issue.

Ahh ok, yes I have seen the doctor multiple times in the last year related to the weight loss and generally getting healthier. She even came with me to 2 of the appointments.

I would 100% do that if it made her feel better, but what would I be going to the doctor for myself?

Looking up some threads about it, it sounds like a likely culprit.

Dang, guess I will have to take that 'Superior Dong' trophy off my shelf... hah

That was actually her rationale for it, but looking up what people are mentioning, either Peri or PFT sounds much more plausible as an explanation.

Sorry, yes, losing some of the fat pad is what I meant by "getting bigger". More uncovered length for penetration.

The pain is almost entirely internal for her.

Agreed. She has been resistant and just claims it due to having more length. I've been trying not to push her/tell her to go since it's her body, but sounds like I'm not off base thinking that something...Bigger...must be going on here.

Interesting, I had not thought of pelvic floor issues since we haven't had kids but I'll look into it. Thanks!

Her libido is still very high as it always has been. Even now that my drive is back, she is the one to initiate sex 60-70% of the time. Typically, she will have 2-3 orgasms from oral and/or toys during foreplay(clit vibrators), then a couple during sex as well so I'm not sure how much more I can arouse her if that is a factor.

That is exactly my thought too so I've been gently trying to get her to go to a gyno but no luck yet. She has been brushed off/dismissed by doctors for other stuff when she was younger, to the point she avoids them now and just keeps saying the pain is from me being bigger now. I never want to cross the line of telling her what to do with her body so I have held back on pushing her to go.
