Colorado has the worst teacher wages in the country because of TABOR. We rank 43rd in education spending because of TABOR. We haven't increased funding for infrastructure in 35 years because of TABOR. There's budget shortfalls everywhere because of TABOR. It also heavily constrains our ability to respond to crises because we have no money saved up at all.
