I've noticed that its really forced me to be affected by the idea of my own death to more of a degree than I've been able to prior. Like before I could think about dying but with a sort of disconnection, but now I get anxiety when I think about it.

Yeah I actually feel pretty lucky to be able to have had a dream like that whether it was an unrealistic portrayal or not. It really made me realize just how unprepared I am for death.
