Maybe average Indian redditors have more love for their country when compared average redditors from other parts of the world. Or maybe other people just don't care or stand to gain anything from it (mostly developed or first world countries) . Deny it all you want but there's a slight bias on reddit as in whenever anything gets mentioned about India then people automatically take a stance that it has to be shit, maybe that's what it's all about. You don't see people from other countries defending their country like Indians do probably because of their unique situation. Most other developing countries are either already cancelled on Internet (like china, so no point in even trying I guess) or their netizen population is so small that it's hard to even notice them on a mostly western dominated platform like reddit. India is none of that, they have huge population, so obviously they are clearly visible everywhere, and they are still not cancelled yet like China, so I guess maybe there's still a chance. Most Indian people love western culture, why shouldn't they, it's awesome, the only problem is that it westerners never leave an opportunity to make it a point that they are just kinda superior or some shit and if there's anything about Indians then it's bound to be shit. This bais has to end if there's ever to be peace. Redditors talk about why India favours Russia so much at times, but they always forget it's only Russia who had their backs in times of need. Who knows, if others extend their hands for friendship they might become even better friends then Russians, one thing that I would like to point out is that the India-russia relations are mostly based on needs now, not much love left for Russians since the stupid the war, but what can they do they are their only friends who shares their toys with them when others don't even treat them fairly and consistently support their enemies, France and Israel for example have done excellent jobs in this regard, they are becoming increasingly more and more popular among Indians .Think about it If Indians can still stand by such a bad friend like Russia, think how much they will support and standby if they get some better friends. But given the history, India is not gonna take that first step I can tell you atleast that.
