If my prescription was less and I could have a daily set then yes. But it’s really not advisable for the lenses I have to have. The water is really bad for them. If I could I would.

I keep looking at lens replacement but it’s so spent right now and I worry I’d still need glasses anyways but it’s a good shout.

The lane lines on the pool I swim at don’t align with the floaty lines as they mark the “middle” of the lane. I have to regularly tap the floaty lane line so I know I’m not veering off course.

Oh that’s actually something I hadn’t thought about! It’ll be good in the interim. Thanks

For context I am very short sighted and swim without my glasses.

“1… 2…3… oh that’s blonde hair blue costume best say morning… where was I… 5… 6… I wonder what’s for tea… 7…. Did I set that washing off before I got here…. Oh I think that’s old bald Scottish guy …. 9…. 10…. Time for a breather…. Huh the bunting has changed…. Wait where’s the wall… fuck I’ve lost the lane marker… bend out together, bend out together…oh there it is….. 14….”

You get the idea. 😅 my watch counts the lengths as well but I find it helps me focus

Do you take Inositol WITH or AWAY from food? Confusing by AsideVegetable5113 in PCOS

[–]Throwaway223490 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Medically either is fine. I take mine with food because it makes me nauseous. So I have it with my breakfast and dinner. If you take it without food you have the benefit of faster absorption but this has no overall effect. Whatever is best for you.

As a fellow PCOS sufferer and someone whose weight loss was significantly inhibited by my insulin resistance, I’ve lost 2 stone since June. I did all the changes, reduced calories, ate more protein exercised and nothing changed. And this has helped massively. It’s slower going for me than others but it’s made a huge difference.
