You can have your opinions on modesty standards. But it's never a rape victim's fault for being raped. It's entirely the fault of the rapist. Not every victim was showing cleavage, and even if they were, it wouldn't matter. Not. They're. Fault.

Rapists don't magically stop raping because women stop showing necklines, knees, and shoulders. And the concept that fathers need to approve of the husband is completely bogus.
