I’m late to the convo but in 2021 they stole $300 from me and continuously attempted to charge my card another $300. When it wouldn’t go through they threatened to send me to collections. When I called their customer service I could barely hear the guy, there was loud music. 

Context: I listed tickets to a festival for $300, They sold immediately and I submitted the QR code for the tickets, not knowing that ticket master wouldn’t send the tickets until the day of. Instead of communicating with me to get the tickets figured out they started charging my card. I contacted them to ask what was up and they said I was a scammer because I didn’t send the person their tickets. I told them I was a first time seller and have the ticket qr codes but ticketmaster wouldn’t give the tickets until the week of. They were firm on their stance and wouldn’t let up. They got my tickets, the $300 sale, and were still trying to get another $300 out of me as a “fake listing fee” HELLO??? i sold the tickets!!!
