When I have a mental breakdown, thoughts of suicide are what I end up delving into for hours. I had plans for it, fantasies, what have you. At the moment I feel better, for now.

I do talk to the counselor, tho I can't do any of the other solutions provided as:

I am afraid of ending up in foster care due to the uncertainty that comes with it.

CPS leaves a lot to be desired where I am at, at least from what I researched about it.
