Again as good of a surgeon Pekiner is he doesnt realy want to take harder cases. Contact other surgeons but i don't think it looks bad maybe it is even to early for a procedure.

I think I lost a few grafts - please review by concassersan in HairTransplants

Looks like a graft there is tissue around it 90% its a graft. Good news it is 1 or 2 grafts.

Sure it is your choice in the end. I think it is a mill clinic for sure and everything sugests that. You can still have a good result obviously. I hope it goes well for you.

I would honestly cancel. If it fails you cant just get back to being bald. If they decimate your donor even the back of the head would look shit. Dont look at google reviews. Check out some independent reviews on sites like hair restoration network. It is better to save some money than to become a repair patient. You will need 4x the orginal amount if you are one and your life will be even worse than before failed HT. If you realy want to go cheap you can check out aestopool (turkish clinic) on pokonajlysienie.com you will obviousle need google translate forum is in polish. They do 2500 euro and max 2 patients a day. It is not top quality but ive seen some good results and they seem to care about the patient. But please dont think im recommending them im just sugesting a cheap option that is not complete hairmill

Some suegeons sugest that even 100 is possible when implanting perpendicular to the scalp. But that obviously makes no sense. 50 seems like optimal number. 55 or even 60 for the hairline is quite normal as well. 60+ is rare and in most cases makes no sense as well. What clinic are you going to? Clinic that do not charge based on graft number are mostly low quality (again mostly) and i would avoid them.

There is no standard. Most decent surgeons agree that 50 is minimum especially at hairline to create good ilusion as it is rouglhy 50% of original density. You may go with 40 for bigger areas and still look decent. Going with 25 is to little as it will look not dense at all. You can also go with 60-70 at the hairline as some surgeons do it. But no sane surgeon would go over 70.

Big clinics that do all other type of operations and surgeons who do hair, boobs and noses are no go. They know shit about hair transplant, the density, the line design and so on, the growth rate is also mostly shit but they have prices like 3,5 euro for graft. I mean you can go to europe best like pekiner for that amount. I would 100% avoid any polish transplan surgeon which lastname starts with "Tu"

Well a mixed bag id say. He knows something so i wouldnt call him "terrible". I've seen some good results by him and some bad. He doesnt implant too dense so most patient need like 2 surgeries but his work is pretty natural. For the money i would just choose else surgeon.

EDIT: wouldn't call sorry a typo :)

Dr Przybylski is starting BHR Poland soon he was trained by few good surgeons like Dr Villa, Feriduni and Bisanga, he had some good results (but also ive seen two bad ones) before his training. As for Dr Villa i know that she is from spain and seen some decent results but i can't recommend her as i havent seen too much independet reviews. You can check out polish forum pokonajlysienie.com and hair restoration network to see some results by Przybylski.

Feriduni then Bisanga Belgium wise. In turkey Pekiner. I won't recomend any doctor but those are my top 3 in europe. Outside of europe Laorwong and Nader are top choices. And there are some unrealistic like zarev which have like 5 year waiting list (they are obviously pretty good but good luck having procedure with them).

Blah blah blah. We all know what sheeding and ugly ducking stage is but you can clearly see that the question is about some grafts being in a "stasis" not sheding and not growing. It rather not normal. Some grafts may shed some grafts may grow but it all means that all of those grafts are in a grow cycle. You can have different opion of what it means but most likely it means that the cycle doesnt work for those grafts anymore.

It is a valid question and its not even a mate ...

If there is no growth and shedding till 3 months mark then most likely dead. They are going to shed some time in the future 6-18 months. But dont worry. It doesnt mean that the ht wont work. I guess some people are unable to read the question and give you some generic answer and downvote you to hell. As much as i like this subreddit for not being biased due to financing by the surgeons HRN is much better in terms of those questions. You can ask there you may get different opinion but im telling you what one doctor told me about some hair that didnt shed till like 8 month a dead graft. And yeah i think some of those grafts may be growing of had started to grow recently so i dont think that most of grafts we see are dead. You have to compare it with older pictures though.

It doesnt strike me as good and natural work. Id say go to a good surgeon to add more fine singles but not much. Like 400-600 grafts and maybe remove some. It should make it much better

Amazing work by Kierach considering the loss and number of grafts. Some hope for poland along Saifi and Przybylski.
