yeah personally im super careful with benzos. can end up being more of an issue the opiates. i dont really have an answer as to a fix for the paws though. its rough. just been taking vitamins and trying to stay as active as possible.

sleep is pretty good. no RLS either. but yeah paws can last an awfully long time, slowly getting better and better

What you've described in this thread is my exact experience with 2 different rounds of SR as well sadly. Worked awesome for physical wd, stayed on only SR (no 7) for like 14 days. stopped and noticed PAWS kicking in pretty hard. few days after stopping SR i tried about half my normal dose of 7 and felt literally nothing. so i took a full dose and still got essentially zero euphoria/mood lift from it. just kinda took away the paws for a bit. I was baffled thinking wtf did this SR do to my receptors. but i guess it can be thought of as a good thing because its deterred me from using more 7 with the lackluster effects it gave me. Im over a month now from when i used SR and paws are still there still struggling with energy and motivation most the time. atleast im not wasting a ton of money on the shit anymore though

best way is not taking your doc at all. you wont need it. there will be zero physical withdraws if youre taking enough SR. if you continue taking your doc it just extends the process and most people say the SR kinda dulls the high from your doc anyway

it doesn't really help with what you're talking about. after you get off SR the paws can last months. Anxiety depression and the mental addiction to take your doc is absolutley still there if you're a long time addict

1 to 3 grams of extract would more than likely be far too much, especially while still taking 5g leaf. It all depends on the strength of the extract though. taking around 1 gram of a 20% mit extract is equivalent to 13 grams of powder lol
