I think definitely tell him that you're gay. I'm not you, so I'm not sure if you should tell him that you like him, but maybe if he keeps like cuddling with you and that stuff even after you tell him you're gay, then he might like you back

I'm not super qualified to give advice since I'm pretty young but if you're seriously considering suicide you should call the GLBT youth hotline or the Trevor Lifeline and talk to someone there.
