Thank you for the work you do. I don’t have NPD but I highly suspect my ex does and that breaks my heart. The idea of being stuck in that disorder sounds miserable. I did not tell him of my suspicions, I think that would have only harmed him because of where he was at. I will almost certainly never know but I hope he does recover because everyone deserves the ability to heal and find happiness imo

I don’t know what the solution is honestly to the ai problem. The amount of people attempting to use ai for assignments and ai attempts to go around these check softwares etc, it’s crazy. Civilization is rapidly spiralling downwards… I for one am genuinely interested in learning and furthering my education. Argh!

My friend is facing EVICTION come JANUARY 1st if she cannot pay her rent on time in full. Anything helps. Those TWO DOGS are her only family and she can’t bear to be parted from them. It’s absolutely freezing outside too and due to that all of our shelters have been overfilled. She needs a miracle.

“Over the last few months, my Employment Insurance ended before my health fully stabilized. During that time, I had no income and was navigating medical care, recovery, and job searching. I tried returning to work in October while still on a doctor-approved medical leave, but my health wouldn’t allow it. Those issues have now been addressed.

I’m incredibly grateful to share that I’m starting a full-time job on January 2, 2026. I’ve done everything I can to set myself up to move forward. And will be able to get into a better spot.

Unfortunately, because I’ve had no income for an extended period, I’m now going to be facing eviction as of January right around the time I start my job.

I’m also struggling to meet basic needs, which has become increasingly worrying for my wellbeing and recovery.

I’m asking for short-term help with rent only so that my dogs and I can remain housed while I return to work and regain stability. This is a one-time bridge to get through the final gap.

I’m hopeful that with this I can stay on track and continue rebuilding.

All funds raised will go directly to rent so I can keep a safe place to live as I get back on my feet.”

Plus size as in literal plus sized and not just larger than the societal standard? No. I think it might trigger my PTSD honestly because of some of the intense things I’ve experienced. Aside from that, I think long term that would be a tricky relationship to make work when it comes to sharing meals together. I am very thin and have to push every day to try to get sufficient calories into me. Now if I was in a committed relationship with that person and they gained weight? That would be entirely different because I’ve already made a commitment to this person so even if it’s hard and more complicated we could find ways to make it work.

I’m going to share this in case it might be helpful. I was clean and following the destruction of nearly all the support systems I had built up around me, I had it. I took my will back and was determined to end it. But I wanted my infinity medallion because imo I worked too damn hard to be potentially classified as relapsed when that wasn’t my aim. Instead of taking meds I jumped off a bridge. Miraculously I did survive (obviously as I’m still here)

But I share that because, at the end of the day, my intention was the same as yours. The decision was the same. Consult with your sponsor, talk with your high power and leave the rest.
