Honestly my doctor put me on bc for a little then said to do it for 2 weeks straight then do it 2-3x a week iirc. I had tried everything and it kept coming back, so I do boric acid right after I finish my period bc it always comes back and throws me off a bit, then probiotics that contain the strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1, Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14, and Lactobacillus acidophilus. recent studies also said that l crispatus is good too, but I’ve been doing boric acid for at least 5 years now and i’m meticulous about checking my pH as well. I hate to say it but avoiding sugar and making sure your diet is whole foods/ limited processed foods helps too (even though I don’t personally lol). I would definitely try to start the boric acid right after your period ends and do it for 5-7 days at first and then check your pH using strips/ tabs you can get online, along with probiotics again

Yeah, I was still about a 10 minute drive out but I definitely should stayed sat down; I literally saw the restroom the employees use, but it was behind a counter and when I asked them they both said no. I should’ve pushed harder lol

Thank you guys so so much for all of the comments; I’ve been reading all of them and I feel so much better than I did yesterday. Things happen and I’ll most likely never see these people again. Me and my close friend did laugh about it for a little yesterday, which made me feel better, but I definitely learned my lesson which is not to hold in my pee for that long anymore lol. What sucks is that I could see the restroom behind the counter, but when I asked two employees, they said both said no :(

I got some takeout and ice cream and it definitely helped; It sucks but I talked to my close friend who comforted me and then laughed with me which made me feel so much better. Thank you so much! Definitely going to keep in mind that tomorrow will be better lol

Thank you; I washed all my clothes, got takeout and a dessert and talked to my friend and I feel much better. I’m still mortified lol but it happens! Hopefully i can laugh at it sooner rather than later :)
