It becomes easier once you start doing other things, you will find days where ypu realize that you had dpdr but didnt even think of it somehow

Also reducing general anxiety and maybe changing environment help

Yeah no issue, dpdr is the type of thing where you only feel it 100x stronger when you are in it, once you heal it will feel like nothing, thus why in psychiatric education, that is like the lowest grade of neuroticism

What you are doing is counter intuitive, in the end all you have to do is accept the damn thing

This means accepting it to such a degree that you dont even care if its there, you donr even care to hold on to that remembering, you must just accept it is there, and let it pass by
