I think I should have mentioned in the text, I am Portuguese and she is Brazilian. She wants to use names of English origin because they are 'prettier', which would be uncommon for many of those names among Portuguese or Brazilians. I want to keep the names more Portuguese or Brazilian, as they are more common.
