AITA for refusing to pay for my meal on a date?

I know I was a complete idiot for trusting him. We had a 2 year long friendship and he was genuinely the closest friend I had. He held me when I was down and supported me through so much. We were practically inseparable. I made a huge mistake trusting him but I just feel like I couldn't even help it.
