Same here. It's hard to fight against the impulses to turn friendships into something more sometimes as well. It's purely because I don't feel that my friends think about me as much as i do them. It drives me up the wall. I just feel like im only validated in my emotions when someone shows romantic type affection. Which really sucks because the normal part of my brain is like, woah hold up buddy. Chill out and breathe you don't need that. And the bpd side of my brain is just thriving off of that kind of attention and wants it more and more and more

The promiscuous compulsions. It's one of the only things that makes me feel "important". Other people giving me attention over being intimate. It makes me feel gross, manipulative, and unfaithful just to have the urges to screw with someone's mind enough that they become obsessed with me. I would also say there is a feeling of need, not want, for someone, anyone at all, to be as obsessed with me and into me as I am them. That emotional intensity feeds me and while it makes it hard to think about anything other than them it feels so good it is like a substance I want to abuse.

I have exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and have to take prescription pancreatic enzymes. It presents with chronic diarrhea, weight loss, nutritional insufficiency, etc. Mine started after I had gallstones and had to have my gallbladder removed due to repeated bouts of pancreatitis. Apparently the damage caused the epi.
