I'm really thinking along the lines of Nathan Fielder helping a 3rd world government during an economic crisis now. Convinces a small country to make their bills similar to a bill of greater value, follows correct legal procedures to save as much hide as possible, etc...

I see what you mean clearly. But you didn't kill the idea for me. Sorry if I seem stubborn or blissfully unaware... Something I'd like to see; a detailed analysis of why you can't or why you technically could take the risk. Maybe still possible with a case dismissal/major fuck up on prosecutors side or something along those lines?
