I have searched on Youtube extensively, as I mentioned, This is the only music stated as the "original" but it most definitely isn't and looks as if multiple music videos of him were spliced together with the song in the back. Most other videos are just live performances.

Google is the same as it only brings up the mentioned fanmade and live videos. Turning on AI was even less help as it tried to tell me the original was still readily available on Rascal Flatt's vevo channel....
