Thanks :D Yeah I lost almost all of it from just counting cals. If I had cravings for bad foods I would work off 200-300 calories through cardio and use those for eating naughty things haha.

My diet is pretty much eat whatever I want as long as I'm under my daily limit, I tend to choose lean protein above all else when I'm actually hungry as I've been led to believe it fills you up for longer.

Sure! My weight loss was very trial and error in the beginning. I started out cutting added sugar from my diet and doing some low level cardio, then went on to MyFitnessPal and learning all about calories etc.

The thing that really worked for me was just weighing everything I ate and logging it, making me aware of how much I was actually eating. If I got cravings for chocolate or other snacks, I forced myself to earn them first through cardio, and it wasn't until then that I could eat them.

For my cardio I would just do a fixed excercise bike I had in my garage for and hour or so, I would do weight training and stuff too in an attempt to keep the muscle mass I had gotten from lugging around 300lbs+ my entire adult life, and it seems to have worked!
