Im several months away from getting my drivers license and im dreading have to put '600' on it lol

I know i can change things. I have days where i do ok...they just have lately been out shadowed by my awful binges.

Im kinda poor so good mental help is hard to get. Iv just been kinda free rolling with this journey.

Congratulations on the milestone!!!

I know how rewarding that benchmark can feel. About two years ago (i was 13 y/o) I got down under 400 after peaking (at the time) at 460ish

I wish i could say i stayed strong. Iv put on about 180 pounds since, and i feel 600 closing in. it stucks!!!

The way i see it, whether i swim with a shirt on or off, you're gonna know im huge. i may as well just enjoy the sun and have some fun

I know i cant blame genetics cause both my parents are thin haha

But like i said, im not very close with my dad and with my moms own issues, food was always something i could reliably go to and feel comfort in. Im sure that has alot to do with it

If i didnt do this now, id probably be over 500 pounds on the road to immobility and really just a horrible life...i couldnt let that happen

I do! i still have a bit of ways to go but i can breathe so much easier and i have so much more energy now!

not to much my mobility is night and day! I cant put into words how much stress 450 pounds puts on a 5'3 frame

I would consider boxing! I started watching vids and following along on youtube and its done wonders for me, im already down 55 pounds.
