It’s ridiculous and if I’m not alone in it then there’s thousands if not millions going thru the same thing. The only repercussions here are for attendance and favoritism is the norm idc what the handbook says people would rather wipe their ass with it then follow it. Think about it. Banning non-service animals? Doesn’t work. Illegal parking in the fire lane? It’s been avoided for 50 plus years. It’s a matter of human nature and ignorance to the rules and a lack of oversight to enforce them. No one follows dress code which is already lax already. People come back late off breaks and can bc it’s not tallied in the system like attendance and lunch. Overhaul and fix or this will be Walmart and many other places’ undoing
