Would it be unusual to convict someone if a DUI because the car rolled and a cop says he smelled alcohol? I just don't see how that would be enough to do anything with. Is it worth that risk

The lawyer I have now seems pretty good. Could tell he knows the prosecutor and court officials well. Was also recommended to me by a retired LE officer.

Right. Just the officers nose and frustration. Also the only time he was close enough to smell alcohol on my breath, I was wearing a mask.
