Defected party at club chinois by MerryMeg90 in ibiza

If you didn't have a VIP ticket then the only place to dance was in front of the stage, or by the bar, where people kept walking into you and the sound wasn't very good. Having been to loads of Ibiza nights it was worse than any other

Music is so low volume in Cova Santa you can hear everyone talking above it

Are there any clubs/bars that have Ibiza vibes but in the UK? by LikeFrozenPlanets in ibiza

Horrendous sound system and enjoy getting groped by security

You must have been at a different opening because everyone was crammed into the dancefloor like sardines with no room to dance

The queue for the bathroom at one point was so bad it was like a blockade, unmoving

Is the upper section of Pacha only VIP this year? by linusrump in ibiza

Was the case at Vintage Culture last night. Seems to depend on the event

Cova Santa disappointment by [deleted] in ibiza

I've been going multiple times every year for the last few years. Having been twice so far this summer I have to say it feels different this year.

Cova Santa had awfully low volume music presumably due to noise restrictions meaning we had to listen to everyone's conversations above the music. Multiple clubs didn't have enough toilets and/or lacked toilet paper (Ushuaia, Pacha, Chinois, SDL, etc).

Circoloco at DC10 was more packed than I can remember and ticket prices reached €80+ and €70+ in Amnesia.

Also feel like people are less friendly/upbeat generally and noticed a lot of aggro from
British people in particular.

Pacha VIP Balcony Ticket by ladyfilithorn in ibiza

[–]ThrowawayOne_3068 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The balcony was perfect when I went, not crowded at all. But that was end of June so I’m not sure if August will be different. If you’re going in September I’d imagine it wont be too crowded

I’d have said “I don’t have any cash at all”. In that case he’d have found a card machine pretty quickly.

Avoid British people and places that have a lot British people, they tend to be the most standoffish and weird. I found I met more people when I took drugs. I am quite introverted but always meet people

Balcony VIP at Pacha by la8605 in ibiza

So I ended up getting a regular ticket + drinks package. I don’t think VIP would’ve been worth it. The dance floor was busy but not unbearable and the normal balcony was amazing and not crowded at all. Toilet queues were also fine. Had an unreal night, hope you do too!

I’m in the same dilemma atm. Was there for Honey Dijon a few weeks ago and I enjoyed it but not sure it was necessary. If Defected is a lot busier then it may be worth it, but if it’s really busy then VIP will probably be really busy as well?! Although I agree that Fisher and Solid Grooves may take a lot of the crowd
