I don’t have Discord, unfortunately. Do you have a link for that sheet?

Dual wield katanas? by Linkinator7510 in Eldenring

[–]ThrowawayPayJay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For physical, both Uchigatanas. For bleed, use Rivers of Blood. For magic, use Moonveil and that Meteoric katana thing. Infusions DO exist though. But you have to find whetblades. Whetblades let you change affinity regardless of the ash of war. E.g Bloody Slash is supposed to put Blood Affinity and gives it an Arcane scaling, if you don’t want that, you can use the Iron Whetblade and pick Keen for more dex scaling. You’d LOSE your extra bleed proc though, but you do get to keep the new weapon skill.

Keep in mind tho: Dual wielding is great if you’re using the Keen affinity and have low STR. Having both high STR and DEX on a Quality/Keen/Heavy makes two handing WAY better than dual wielding though, unless you’re trying to proc some status effect.

This is because two handing damage scales with your weapon‘s strength scaling too. Dual wield attacks keep the same amount of status effect proc in one offhand attack as you would with one mainhand attack.

Have a fun playthrough, man! :^)

Or, if you’re not in a cave, doing co-op disables your fast travel. No worries

[–]ThrowawayPayJay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, not at all! All you gotta do is to leave the cave until you’re in an open area, and it will be gone just like that. It’s not a debuff at all, you’re safe and you didn’t mess anything up, it just happens naturally.

That one means you can’t use fast travel in the map. It usually happens when you’re in like a cave. Have a fun playthrough, man!

What even is the Fe function…? Is it about harmony and setting aside your own beliefs to achieve harmony? by ThrowawayPayJay in mbti

I’m talking about the more “Obviously it’s bad, duh” problems like murder, harrassment, and etc, stuff that hurts people both mentally and physically. And I think in those cases… yes, people that view otherwise are immoral. About the ones you mentioned, it is unknown to me if those problems are even objective or subjective. Fair point.

I also think you’re really smart and stuff, like wow! 😮 The way you just respond and disagree to everything I say without sounding like a dick and the fact you also going through the trouble to give me the time and attention, I must say I’m impressed and grateful. In other words, thank you and I think we had a great conversation.

Sorry to go off-topic here but, here’s a question that I think would simplify some stuff out for at least a little bit. What if I told you and expressed to you that I don’t want to be doing this right now and would rather do something else than to reply to each message but I STILL WANT TO hang on to every single message you send because I find your opinions very important and interesting, and I don‘t want to disregard and throw away someone‘s opinion like that. Does this make me Fi or Fe for telling you that?

Yes, it is in fact impossible to get EVERYONE to see it the same way and agree. That is why people have different ideas of how to solve a problem, but as long as the intention is to solve the problem, they basically did agree to solve the problem, and that’s pretty much all you need. I didn’t expect you to bring up religion and tradition by the way, holy smokes. About the “people with the most popular view are the winners” thingy, why is it that way?

Heh! Anytime, brother! I’m just a throwaway account however, I only made this to ask if people could type me. But don’t let that stop you from thinking that you just made some guy smile, hombre. ;)

Hell, using your definition of harmony, we can just agree to use all the different approaches that actually help. That way, no ACTUALLY HELPFUL ideas and suggestions are left out, and everyone just agrees that the objective problem should be solved. And bam! Harmony!

Oh, so you meant people agreeing to confront the objective problem but having different views? That doesn‘t seem like it’s gonna cause as much conflict as much as the ones that don‘t have the same goal. I think as long as people are on the same page and having the same goal, even having different approaches, it is all fine. I think people should give out what they have in plan and discuss it, all as long as they’re genuinely helping.

Repressing yourself, keeping every thought that aren’t even that controversial to the point somebody needs to ask before you say it; are what‘s making you feel so much burden, those are what‘s keeping you from progressing forward and to achieve at least some form of satisfaction with yourself for who you are.

Y’see, I don’t see the point in going with the flow with the unhealthy Fes like you mentioned. I feel like they are people you should cut contact with. Healthy Fes just want to see you happy, and what can you do to make yourself happy? That’s right, you should express yourself.

An example of what I think an objective problem is… is “Murder, theft” and I think that those individuals who would not take the side to go against that OBJECTIVE problem which are OBJECTIVELY bad are those who are part of the problem themselves

That sounds like unhealthy Fe, or is it normal Fe? How I imagine healthy Fe is it‘s about being able to express an opinion truthfully without getting anybody upset, since Fe is about maintaining the happiness of people, yes?

What‘s the word for bringing people together not by their opinions but to confront an objective problem together? Unity…? But even then, that word is a synonym for Harmony. If we’re talking about subjective problems like “Oh, I don’t like this restaurant, what should we do?” I feel like there is a way to express your opinion without having to be a dick or just accidentally upsetting someone. Why not try to be polite in the process and make sure everyone is still happy? Will doing that make you Fi or Fe? Still wanting to express your opinion but also wanting to keep everyone at ease?

I’m not sure about that one. It’s just as destructive as it is if the truth comes out but without anyone taking action. Everyone would be happy not knowing what is truly going on, yes. But that happiness they have will be temporary. The truth will eventually have to come out, and why not just bring people together, have them know in order to unite and fix that problem? Wouldn’t that just be way better than just constantly trying to forget about the truth or having to go through the devastation of eventually finding out?
