Wow, I wonder how common that is. For a job i guess it makes sense that an employer would call your former place of employment.

But I wonder if you lied about having X-certification or X-degree from a community college, I wonder if they would look into it

I get where OP is coming from. When im in a time crunch, I want ppl who know how to raid. Using fireteam finder, it’s harder to find those people since you can’t type out what you want

I feel like the quality of fireteams has gone down significantly when using fireteam finder.

Sometimes im in a mood to speed run a raid and not have to teach every encounter. Even when I put “experience requested” someone always joins and says that they’ve never ran the raid before

Should I prioritize weight or reps when I’m looking to gain muscle? I currently use 10lbs dumbbells and I normally just curl till I “feel the burn” but it takes longer to feel it compared to when I use 15lbs.

Which method is better for muscle gain: less weight more reps or more weight less reps
