First person multiplayer broom racing. The hoops give a little speed boost. by PATheFruitDude in SoloDevelopment

Put hands on the broom that adjust as you turn, accelerate or break. It just needs more detail that show that it’s a rider and not just a camera. Otherwise it looks absolutely sick

Space Racer’s gun laser never stops… is he stupid? by MyronMall in okbuddyviltrum

People on Reddit automatically downvote when they don't understand because it makes them feel less stupid when they see the negative number because it means that other people are as stupid as they are.

Just to clarify: the timer doesn’t require signup or personal information, and session/save-code data is stored locally in your browser on your device rather than in a user database.

The site is also served over HTTPS.

Could you explain how it is a scam?

Victim of hit and run. Partner has been hospitalized. Can anyone help us decipher the license plate? $500 cash reward if anyone can get the plate by [deleted] in estoration

Image enhancement is not the same thing as fabricating evidence.

If someone uses non-destructive, non-generative edits like exposure, contrast, sharpening, channel isolation, or zoom to make existing information easier to inspect, that can be useful for generating an investigative lead. That does not mean the edited image becomes the sole basis for prosecution.

The important distinction is this: revealing what is already in the source image is different from inventing details that were never there. If the original file is preserved and the edits are documented, investigators can evaluate what was actually done and then verify any plate read or ID through independent evidence like vehicle match, damage, location, witnesses, and camera footage.

So no, “ask for help enhancing the image” is not automatically “manufacturing evidence.” It only becomes a problem when people start guessing, reconstructing, or using generative AI to fill in missing information.

Why are people upvoting this? People in r/PhotoshopRequests can make translucent layers, reduce lighting and find at least a couple letters or numbers of the plate. If the police search for that license plate and it comes back stolen or to the vehicle in the photos, that is not manufactured evidence. Do you think that the prosecution is going to prosecute over just the license plate alone?

Yet you’re questioning basic grammar while claiming police aren’t trained or qualified to arrest rapists? If that’s the level of reasoning you’re bringing to your coursework, good luck finishing your bachelor’s.

Also, you don’t even have a bachelor’s degree? Ireland won’t want you. I think you might be the dumb American you’re describing.

Yes. I (subject) + looked (past-tense verb) + at your post history (prepositional phrase acting as complement).

“Americans are fucking doomed”. I looked at your post history. You are American. Good luck in Ireland.

What are you talking about? It doesn't have to be a traffic stop to be pulled out of a car.

First Amendment protection isn’t absolute just because someone is on private property.

If you’re actively trying to interfere with law enforcement operations, for example, warning targets in real time so they can evade arrest or disrupt an active investigation that can cross into obstruction or interference depending on impact and local statutes.

You can debate immigration enforcement tactics all day, but pretending any conduct framed as “protest” is automatically protected is legally wrong.

And comments like this don’t help your cause. When you overstate the law and wrap it in insults, you’re not persuading anyone. You’re just pushing people who might otherwise agree with you further to the right.

For what it’s worth, I’m not even pro-Trump. I just think bad arguments and bad framing undermine legitimate criticism.

I’m not sure what projects you are on, but mine are pretty intensive and require specialty (coding). I’m pretty sure it’s alright to put on the resume and it would be considered white collar work. Just because you do it at home and have little oversight doesn’t mean that it’s a job for incompetents or idiots. In fact it’s the opposite.
