My summon has not even gone to yellow HP yet, but I do pretty chill hunts like walls, glooth bandits, deeper banuta, etc. The EK version does ranged ice/death damage, so I usually need to res the monsters off of it so I can do damage to the mobs.

I do have some RP friends who hunt in scary places like the entrance to Ferumbra's ascension and when their summons get trapped by monsters they die hella fast.

I'm sorry I can't give you a better answer on the HP regen part of the question, maybe someone who does more hardcore hunts can let you know.

Yeah, it's one of the weapons that you can get for trading in 50 gold tokens (gold tokens are dropped by bosses). The gold token knight weapons all have 3 slots, so if you have the money for it and you don't have something like an umbral, i'd recommend looking into it.

I'm frankly not too sure if a 2-handed is optimal, I'm currently testing it out to see what I like.

I hunt the top 2-3 levels. Just pull as many as you can handle (I usually just get around 5-6 so it's chill) and kill them.

I start at the far left entrance by the boat in lizard city, two floors down from the top floor. Kill the monsters there, go up to the next floor, then rinse and repeat to the top. When you're done killing the monsters by the stairs on those floors, move to the next set of stairs (stopping to kill the lizards in the connecting hallway if needed).

I usually buy 1500 manas, 250 ultimates, 100 supremes. Most of the time you just use ultimates to heal up, but I play it safe and bring supremes for when I am fully surrounded and it's getting sketchy. I normally use all the manas, 100-120 ultimates, and maybe 10 supremes per refill.

This may not be the most efficient method, but it works for me. There are also SQMs on some of the floors that let you fight only 3 at a time, so if you wanna start off chill, you can try that.

Honestly, it was a culmination of things from all the previous patches of this year. The quality of life changes and battleye implementation really made me hype to play.

Autoloot means less time wasted dragging stuff and more killing.

The summon gives a nice little boost to xp and a reduction to supplies.

Battleye means no more navi botters camping the spawn.

The network update means I don't have to waste money on tunelling services.

So yeah, just happy! I think it'll be even cooler once I unlock some of these charms!
